Being a student at NIBS Technical College isn’t just about hitting the books. It’s also about growing as a person and making the most of your college experience. As the Student Union President, I’ve had the chance to see how extracurricular activities play a big role in student life here.
We offer a variety of clubs and organizations that cater to different interests. Whether you’re into sports, arts, or community service, there’s something for everyone. For example, our debate club has weekly meetings where students can develop their public speaking and critical thinking skills. The sports teams, like the football and basketball teams, offer a great way to stay fit and work as a team.
Extracurricular activities also help build connections. Many students find lifelong friends and professional contacts through these activities. They provide a break from academic pressures and help students develop skills that are useful in both personal and professional life.
If you’re coming to NIBS, I encourage you to explore these opportunities. They’re a great way to enhance your college experience and make the most out of your time here.
